with us. Our support line is available 24/7, every day of the year, ensuring that you never have
to face cold feet alone & request last minute event or order changes if applicable. Each month,
we hold a gift giveaway, giving our clients the chance to receive special surprises upon opting
into our What’s the Beat newsletter with your email for what’s NEW in Wedding trends & Our
Company updates.
We offer flexible payment plans for services and vendors, allowing you to manage costs with
ease. Your privacy is our top priority, and we maintain strict confidentiality for all clients. Our
vendor database is filled with sincere professionals who offer discounted rates, and we pride
ourselves on being escrow friendly for added security of certain invoices.
As a loyal client, you will receive priority service and be added to our RSVP Client Service List.
We provide budget monitoring, celebrity & local entertainment booking options, and access to
multi-talented staff, including a travel agency division and specialists for ethnic and interfaith
events.
We are proud members of ABC, fully licensed and certified. Our team is highly skilled and
creative, with dedicated event specialists and informative agents who bring bubbly
atmospheres and diligent work ethics to every occasion. Every client receives a personalized
proposal, bridal show alerts, optional wedding day insurance, and exclusive deals from Carlson
Craft Invitations.
Our services also include bridal and gift registry assistance. We believe in endless possibilities,
and we always strive to go above and beyond for our clients—with a smile!
Service Fees and Consultation Process
To ensure our services are tailored to your needs, we ask that you schedule and pay for a
consultation, which can be conducted by phone, in person (if local), or via Zoom. During this
meeting, we will discuss your event and provide information about our rates for specific
services or products not listed on our website.
All our offers are personalized and customized to suit our clients. Therefore, an initial RSVP
consultation must occur before rates are discussed. We refer to this process as “client discovery
& privacy.”
If you are ready to begin planning your fabulous, life-changing event, please start by visiting our
Contact Us page. Please note that scheduling your initial RSVP consultation (not required for
DIY travel services) requires a $50.00 fee for Wedding & Event Planning (60 Minute
Consultation) & $25.00 for Travel Planning (30 Minute Consultation) – nonrefundable for Travel
Planning Service, which will be refunded upon completion of your event. This consultation will
establish if we will be getting started with your event planning start or next required steps.
This process places you on our scheduled event calendar for the year on a first-come, first-
served basis. If a client cancels their event- from anything other than an act of nature, they will
be moved to the next available slots or forfeit their consultation fee—no exceptions. We limit
the number of events we schedule annually to ensure total quality and commitment. Our
specialists will inform you of all company policies prior to your commitment to retaining our
services.
